The annual Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan observance at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Albany will be held on Sunday, October 15 beginning at 9:45 a.m. with Piper Gordon Peters leading the pipes and drums in front of the church. The service will begin at 10:00 a.m.
