The traditional Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan at Westminster Presbyterian Church is being combined with the church’s “Festival of Faith – A Reformation Celebration” on Sunday, October 28 at 10:00 a.m. The pipes and drums will play at 9:45 a.m. The church is located at 262 State Street in Albany.
