The traditional observance of the Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan was held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on September 11. \u00a0Our Society was represented\u00a0with the presentation of the tartan and the Capital Region Celtic Pipe Bank under the direction of our Piper. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
